Faye Riva Cohen is the President of the Law Office of Faye Riva Cohen, P.C., and has practiced law in Pennsylvania since 1974. She routinely represents clients before local, state and federal administrative agencies and she frequently litigates in local, state and federal courts. She has extensive experience in labor, employment, civil rights and other areas of the law. She practiced with large firms and in a predecessor firm, Cohen and Cohen Associates, before she established her own law firm. She has authored over 70 articles for legal publications and she has been, and continues to be, a featured moderator and speaker at seminars in the areas of employment, civil rights, disability and real estate. She has been named a SuperLawyer, has the top AV rating and has been ranked as Pre-eminent in Labor and Employment Law by Martindale-Hubbell. She has served as a consultant to the Camden County, NJ Health Department and as the Solicitor of the Marple Township, PA Municipal Authority. She has also been an elected committeeperson in areas she has lived, and she has led political organizations throughout the years. She has owned and operated businesses and commercial and residential real estate for many years, and as a result she is well versed in real estate and commercial law and understands the intricacies of operating companies and dealing with some of the problems that can arise. She is also authorized to serve as a public arbitrator for FINRA and for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
